Post Insulator Bracket

Hot dip galvanized post insulator side mounted brackets for utility pole line hardware.

DESCRIPTION：

Post insulator bracket is used with post insulator with stud or short shank insulator pin mounted with 5/8 inch diameter bolts. They are suitable for horizontal mounting. All ferrous parts are hot dip galvanized.  

According to the function and structure, it can be divided into suspension bracket, tension bracket, connecting fittings, continuing fittings, protective fittings, equipment clamp, T-shaped wire bracket, busbar fittings, pull-line fittings and other categories; According to the use can be used for line and substation hardware.

APPLICATION:      

 Post insulator brackets are used for mounting post type insulators. For round pole use, the base is curved inorder to establish a contour fit to the pole. These bracketsgive the installer the ability to mount the insulator in a phase overphase construction or on opposite sides of each other for "Armless"Construction. Custom sizes are available upon request mill forgedsteel hot dipped galvanized to astm a 153.

Features：

1) Insulator Brackets are used to mount post type insulators from 15kv to 34.5kv on the of the pole. Hot dip galvanized meet ASTM A153 specification.

2) The base has a pole-shape back for convenient installation.
3) Brackets can be placed in a phase-over phase arrangement or can be mounted on opposite sides of the pole for “armless” construction.
